View Scheduled Jobs in the Contact Portal
Enable users to access and review scheduled job assignments in the Contact Portal through an updated and intuitive interface.

- UI Revamp
- Revamp the Jobs section in the Contact Portal.
- Revamp the Jobs section in the Contact Portal.
- Scheduled Jobs Enhancements
- Replaced the "Assignment" button with "Job Scheduled" for JSM jobs.
- Added a new screen for viewing scheduled jobs with the following features:
- Quick Filter: Sort jobs by status—In Progress, Open, and Filled.
- PPE Dropdown: Select the required PPE for assignments.
- Card View: Display schedules with an expandable "View Assignment" button.
- Assignment Details: Clicking "View Assignment" shows a detailed card with the list of assignments.
- Preconditions
- Job Setup: Ensure JSM jobs with schedules exist.
- Candidate Access:
- Add job candidates via Search and Match in JSM > Assign navigation.
- In JCM, enable "Allow Client Access" for candidates and select required documents.
- Assign and save these candidates to schedules linked to the logged-in contact.
- Contact Selection:
- Use the "Contact" dropdown field while adding/editing schedule jobs in the slider form to associate the schedule with the logged-in contact.
Expected Outcomes
- Users can efficiently access scheduled job assignments in the Contact Portal.
- Enhanced filtering and assignment visibility improve usability and navigation.
- Clear linkage between job schedules and logged-in contacts ensures data accuracy.
Added Work Date to Timesheet in Contact Portal
Enable users to view the "Work Date" from JSM jobs in the Timesheet section of the Contact Portal, improving clarity and detail.
Feature Details
- Work Date Column Addition
- Added a "Work Date" column to the Timesheet in the Customer Portal.
- For Temp Jobs, the "Work Date" column remains blank.
- Schedule ID Display
- To view the Schedule ID, click "Show Log Detail," and the ID will appear next to the schedule time.
- Preconditions for Displaying Work Date
- Schedule Job Required: A scheduled job must be created.
- Service Profile Template Settings:
- If the Transaction Schedule Template is set to "One transaction per week," the Work Date will not display.
- If set to "One transaction per schedule," the Work Date will display.
Expected Outcomes
- Users can view "Work Date" in Timesheet for applicable JSM jobs.
- Schedule ID is easily accessible via the "Show Log Detail" option.
- Accurate behavior based on service profile transaction schedule template settings.
