Persistent Apply Filter Toggle in Global Search 

The "Apply Filter" toggle in the mobile application's global search remains switched on by default, offering consistency for user workflows.

Feature Details

1. Apply Filter Toggle Behavior
   1. Default State: On (filters applied automatically).
   2. The toggle remains on until the user manually switches it off.
2. Option Property for Tracking
   1. Implemented an option property to track whether the user wants to enable or disable the "Apply Filter" toggle.
   2. Changes made by the user to the toggle state will persist across sessions.
3. Scope
   1. The "Apply Filter" toggle applies only to global search.
   2. It is not included in Basic Search, ensuring no changes to Basic Search functionality.

Added Language switch option

Introduce a language selection option (English and Spanish) on login, signup, and pre-screening pages to allow users to begin their journey in their preferred language.

• Selected language persists throughout the session.
