Feature Overview:

The ZenAI search aims to provide an easy and intuitive parameter-based search using artificial intelligence. It provides an intuitive interface with actionable options, displayed in a side pane, to reduce manual effort and improve candidate selection.

The users are presented with a variety of search parameters like availability, location, status, skills, rating, experience, etc. Currently, the ZenAI search supports only person searches.  

How to use

Step 1: Navigate to the Global search menu available from the search bar at the top of the UI.

You will be prompted with the search UI.

Alternatively, the AI search can also be accessed from the candidate search from Candidate navigation in Temp Job detail, and in the search and match tab in Assign navigation of Schedule Job detail.

 

Step 2: From the search type dropdown available at the top, select “ZenAI Search”.

On selecting ZenAI Search, a new card will appear below the search type selection with the list of available parameters. The parameters are: Resume, Office, Status, Location, Skill, Employer, Job Title, Experience, Degree, Availability, Rating, and Keywords.

 

Step 3: Additionally, on expanding the obtained search result by clicking on the “+” icon available at the left-hand side of each result, the user will see the details as well as matched criteria based on the entered query.
