Feature Overview

The "Draft With AI" feature enhances Zenople’s email functionality by integrating AI to assist users in drafting emails based on natural language prompts. This tool streamlines the email creation process, allowing users to input instructions on content and tone, with the AI generating a tailored email draft. It improves productivity by reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent, professional communication, implemented on web platforms to support efficient workflow management.

How to use

Step 1: Access the ETC section in Zenople from the main dashboard. 


Step 2: Click on the Email option within the ETC section to proceed.

Alternatively, email navigation is also accessible from the respective “Email” sub-navigation under the “Contact Info” navigation of person applications. 


Step 3: Click "Compose" to open the email drafting interface. Suppose you are accessing email from Email sub navigation in the person application. In that case, the option to send an email is available in navigation actions that can be accessed by clicking the “Star” icon in the top-right section. A new sidebar to compose the email will appear. 


Step 4: A new prompt input is added below the compose box. Along with the prompt, users are also allowed to select the email tone and word limit. 


Step 5: Enter your prompt to generate the email body. 


Step 6: Click the up-arrow icon to generate the email based on the provided prompt.


Step 7: Review the drafted email in the email body, and if needed, modify the prompt or click on the paraphrase icon to generate a new version. 


Step 8: Once all the required fields are filled, click "Send" to send the generated email to the entered recipients.
