Workforce Tab
There are two key parameters used to render data in DDS Insights WorkForce Tab:
- Date Picker (As Of Date): Allows users to define a specific date for generating and viewing data accordingly.
- Entities Field: Enables users to select one or more offices for which they want to view insights.
By default, the most recent available AP date with corresponding data will be selected, while future AP dates will remain disabled.
The Workforce tab features several key tiles and employee status counts, summarized as follows:
Available Tiles (Tenant level data for selected date and offices)
- Employees with Active Assignments:
Number of unique employees who had at least one active assignment during the accounting period(takes AP based on dates selected).
This represents employees who worked on assignments at any time within that period. - Employees with Multiple Assignments:
Number of unique employees who had two or more active assignments at the same time during the accounting period.
This shows how many employees were juggling multiple assignments concurrently. - Active Employees: Count of employees with Active status as of the end of the accounting period.
- Idle Emp: Count of employees with status as Idle at the end of the accounting period.
- Rehire employees: Count of employees with Rehire status as of the end of the accounting period.
- Re-Onboard Employees – Count of employees with Re-Onboard status at the end of the accounting period.
- Do Not Assign Employees – Count of employees marked as DNA, DNU, or Terminated (Do Not Assign) as of the end of the accounting period.
The percentage change is calculated using the formula similar to other tabs:

Employee Status Distribution (Tenant level data for selected date and offices)
- Active Employees – Count of employees with Active status as of the end of the accounting period.
- Idle Employees – Count of employees marked as Idle at the end of the accounting period.
- Rehire Employees – Count of employees with Rehire status as of the end of the accounting period.
- Re-Onboard Employees – Count of employees with Re-Onboard status at the end of the accounting period.
- Do Not Assign Employees – Count of employees marked as DNA, DNU, or Terminated (Do Not Assign) as of the end of the accounting period.
