Jobs & Assignments Tab – DDS Insight Dashboard
The Jobs & Assignments tab is a newly introduced feature within the DDS Insight Dashboard in Zenople by Aqore. This enhancement provides staffing professionals with a centralized, visually intuitive interface to monitor job postings, open positions, assignments, and delivery performance metrics.
By consolidating critical KPIs into interactive tiles and trend graphs, this feature empowers users to make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and optimize workforce planning.

Important Note: All data use the “from-to" date range logic.
Functionality
Feature Location & UI
- Location: New tab named "Jobs & Assignments" added alongside existing tabs (Finance, Workforce) in the DDS Insight Dashboard.
- UI Consistency: Matches existing DDS Insight design standards for layout, styling, and color scheme.
- Filter: Configurable "As of Date" filter to view data up to a specific date.
Note: By default, the most recent available AP date with corresponding data will be selected, while future AP dates will remain disabled.
2. Metric Tiles (Real-Time KPIs)
Each tile displays accurate, up-to-date counts with consistent styling. The data displayed in the tiles are tenant level. These tiles display the data based on “As of date” logic.
Metric | Description |
Active Jobs | Count of jobs active at any time during the period (open or in progress). The data will be displayed for only active and filled status of the job. |
Active Open Positions | The total number of open positions across active and filled jobs as of the specified As Of Date. |
New Jobs | Count of new jobs created during the accounting period with Active, Filled or Completed status. |
New Open Positions | Sum of open positions required for new jobs created during the accounting period for only active, filled and completed status. |
Active Assignments | Count of assignments active at any time during the period (even if started before/continued after). |
First Assignments | Count of first-time assignments for employees that started during the accounting period. |
End Assignments | Count of assignments that ended during the accounting period. |
Missed Opportunities | Positions that remained unfilled for a job in an accounting period. |
3. Graphs & Trends
Interactive charts support hover detail:
- Duration Trends By Week: Time to Fill and Average Assignment Duration over configurable time range.
- Weekly Assignments by Type:Distribution of active assignments by type:
- Regular
- Over Placement
- Replacement

- KPI Trends By week: Tracks key metrics using “From-to” date range logic:
KPI | Calculation | Description |
On Time Delivery | % of assignment completed on/before required date | % of assignments delivered on time. |
Turnover Rate | (Assignments ended / Active Assignments) × 100 | Turnover Rate measures the rate at which assignments end with the end reason marked as "Is Turn Over," as defined by the corresponding calculation formula |
Fill Rate | (Assignments / Total required positions) × 100 | % of job positions successfully filled for jobs created during period. |
