  • Date picker (From and to): Allows users to define a specific date range for generating and viewing data accordingly.
  • Entities Field: Enables users to select one or more offices for which they want to view insights.

All trend charts display data based on the selected offices and date range.

Note: By default, the most recent available AP date with corresponding data will be selected, while future AP dates will remain disabled.

Trend Graph Details

  • Year View:
When the Trend View is set to Year, the graph displays data for the past three years for the selected offices.
  • Branch View:
When the Trend View is set to Branch and no dates are provided, the start date defaults to January 1st of the current year (e.g., Jan 1, 2025), and the end date is set to the latest accounting period date.
If a date range is selected, the graph displays data for offices within that specified range.
  • Graph Layout and Interaction:
Each trend graph includes X and Y axes like a standard graph:
  • The X-axis represents week numbers
  • The Y-axis represents the selected trend metric

The background of the graph is color-coded by month to enhance visual clarity.

  • In Year View, each line’s endpoint displays the corresponding year
  • In Office View, it displays the office name
When the user hovers over a line, a tooltip shows the week number, accounting period date, and the trend value

The user must select a trend from the list, choose the view they want to display it in, and—if the Branch View is selected—specify a date range. They may also select specific offices (optional). If no offices are selected, the system automatically retrieves the list of offices the logged-in user has access to. After making these selections, the user clicks Run to generate the trend graph for the chosen trend and view.
