The following features have been added to Job Candidate Management (JCM):

Add Status Column to JCM Directory to Display Person Status

This feature enhances the Job Candidate Management (JCM) directory in Zenople by Aqore by adding a "Status" column to display the person's status (Applicant, New Hire, Employee). This enables users to filter and sort records by this status, providing more granular control and improved organization within the directory.

Functionality

• Status Column Addition: A "Status" column has been added to the JCM directory.
• Status Display: The "Status" column displays the applicant, new hire, or employee status for each entry.
• Filtering/Sorting and integration: Users can filter and sort the JCM directory by the "Status" column. The new column integrates with existing filtering and sorting options in the JCM directory, maintaining a seamless user experience
• Application Areas:The "Status" column has been added to the Job Candidate navigation in the following modules:
  • TJM (Talent Job Management)
  • DHM (Direct Hire Management)
  • CMS (Candidate Management System)
  • Job Candidate directory
• Toggle Functionality: The toggle function operates with Candidate Status only, and not with the new "Status" column.
