The following features have been added as common feature for Job Applications.

Import Resume: Address Field Handling Enhancement (DHM and TJM Only)

This feature modifies the "Import Resume" functionality within Direct Hire Management (DHM) and Temp Job Management (TJM) to allow users to add Job candidates without requiring address information when the "RequireAddress" option property is set to "Optional" or "Hidden." This provides greater flexibility in adding candidates, even if their resume does not contain address details.

Functionality

  • Address Requirement Based on Option Property (DHM and TJM):
    • If the "RequireAddress" option property is set to "Optional" or "Hidden", the Address fields are non-mandatory when importing a resume in DHM and TJM.
    • If the "RequireAddress" option property is set to "Mandatory", the Address  fields remain mandatory in DHM and TJM.
  • Import Without Address (DHM and TJM): Users can add Job candidates from "Import Resume" in DHM and TJM even if the candidate has not added their address to their resume, provided the "RequireAddress" option property is not set to "Mandatory."
  • "Hidden" vs "Optional": The system treats "Optional" and "Hidden" as separate scenarios.
    • Hidden: The column field will either be hidden or disabled.
    • Optional: The field remains enabled, and if an optional field is filled, all its related fields will become mandatory.
  • This feature is currently available for resume imports within DHM and TJM.

 

Job KPI Optimization

This feature enhances the accuracy and reliability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Zenople by Aqore. A revamped stored procedure removes the calculation logic from the customer KPI calculation and now pulls all information from the job KPI. This ensures that both customer and job KPIs reflect accurate figures.

Functionality

  • Unified KPI Source: Customer KPIs now derive their data from Job KPIs, eliminating discrepancies and ensuring consistent reporting.
  • Revamped Stored Procedure: A stored procedure has been revamped to ensure accuracy of both Customer and Job KPIs.
