Features added to Job Schedule Management (JSM)
The following features have been added to Job Schedule Management (JSM):
Favorite Actions in JSM > Assign > Tabs
This feature enhances the Job Schedule Management (JSM) in Zenople by Aqore by adding "Favorite Actions" to the Assign navigation tabs (Worked Before, Shortlist, Job Candidates, Available). This allows users to quickly perform frequently used actions, streamlining workflow and improving efficiency.
Functionality
The following "Favorite Actions" have been added to the JSM > Assign navigation tabs:
- Send Email: Quickly send an email to the selected person.
- Send Text: Quickly send a text message to the selected person
- Update Status: Quickly update the status of the selected person for the respective entity.
- Favorite: Add the selected person to a favorite group.
- Comment: Add a comment to the selected person’s profile. This is available for Worked Before and Job Candidates.
Color Code to Show Data in JSM > Assign > Tabs
This feature enhances the Job Schedule Management (JSM) application in Zenople by Aqore by implementing color-coding in the Assign tabs (Worked Before, Job Candidate, Shortlist, and Available). This allows users to quickly identify the status of assignments, improving data visualization and workflow efficiency.
Functionality
- Color Coding Implementation:Rows in the Assign tabs will be color-coded based on assignment status at the schedule level:
- Active Assignments: Rows of actively assigned employees will be displayed in green.
- Inactive Assignments: Rows of inactive assignments will be displayed in red.
- Dynamic Color Updates:The row color will automatically update when the assignment status is changed:
- Changing an active assignment to inactive will change the row color from green to red.
- Changing an inactive assignment to active will change the row color from red to green.
- Tab Application: This color-coding functionality applies to all Assign navigation tabs: Worked Before, Job Candidate, Shortlist, and Available.
Day View Default Sorting by Shift Start Time in Directory
This feature enhances the Job Schedule Management (JSM) module in Zenople by Aqore by implementing default sorting in the Day View in the Card View based on the Schedule Start Time. This change provides users with an improved experience by allowing for easier management of jobs based on their scheduled start times.
Functionality
- Default Sorting by Shift Start Time: The default sorting of JSM Day View of the Card View will now be based on the Shift Start Time.
- Maintain Follow-Up Logic: All existing secondary sorting logics will be maintained as they are currently.
- Available in Card View: This field is available in the Card View of Day View of JSM.
Service Profile Updates Reflected in JSM Jobs
This feature ensures that updates made to the Service Profile in Zenople by Aqore are reflected in the corresponding Job Schedule Management (JSM) jobs. This synchronization guarantees consistency across the system and streamlines the process of managing job details.
Functionality
- Service Profile Update Propagation: When updating a Service Profile and a dialog box appears to update related jobs, any changes made will also be applied to the relevant Scheduled Jobs.
Work Week dropdown is Multi-Select for Customer and Employee
This feature enhances the Job Schedule Management (JSM) module in Zenople by Aqore by making the work week selection a multi-select dropdown. This provides users with the ability to access multiple work weeks simultaneously, improving efficiency in managing assignments.
Functionality
- The Work Week dropdown in the Assignment Schedule navigation of Employee and Customer detail page is now a multi selected field.
- The data displayed are grouped as per Work Week as well.
Email Notification for Canceled Assignment Schedules
This feature enhances the communication system within Zenople by Aqore by sending automated email notifications to employees when their future Assignment Schedules have been canceled (Customer Canceled). This keeps employees informed about schedule changes, reducing confusion and improving workforce management.
Functionality
- Automated Email Notification: The system will automatically send an email to the employee when their Assignment Schedule has been canceled.
- Trigger Condition: The email is triggered when an Assignment Schedule is ended with an End Reason that has the "Create Transaction" property set to "False."
- Future Date Requirement: The email will only be sent if the Assignment Schedule is of a future date.
- Batch Emailing: When multiple Assignment Schedules are ended together, an email will be sent to all affected employees.
- Past or Present Exclusion: Emails will not be sent for Assignment Schedules that are of past or present dates.
