Standardized Agency Type Dropdown Options in Agency Navigation

The Agency Type dropdown in Agency Navigation now uses standardized options. This makes selection more consistent across agency records and improves data quality for users maintaining agency information.

How to Use

  1. Open Agency Navigation in APS and add or edit an agency record. -> The Agency Type field now shows the standardized option list.
  2. The list of Agency type is consistent with the list of agency available in ATM > Agency.
  3. Select the option that best matches the agency. -> The choice uses the updated, consistent dropdown values.
  4. Save the record. -> Agency records now use more uniform type values across the system.
