This feature improves how candidate sources are displayed within the Job Candidate Management (JCM) module in Zenople. It ensures that the Job Portal column accurately reflects how candidates are attached to jobs, eliminating ambiguity in source tracking.
Functionality
- This enhancement is available in the JCM (Job Candidate Management) module.
- The Job Portal column has been updated to dynamically reflect the candidate attachment method:
- When an Office Staff user manually adds a candidate, the value displays “Manual.”
- When a candidate is attached through AI Job Recommendation, the value displays “ZenAI.”
- When a candidate is added via third-party integrations, the value reflects the corresponding integration name.
- When a candidate applies through the Zenople Job Portal, the value remains “ZenopleJobPortal.”
- When a candidate applies through third-party job boards (e.g., Indeed), the value reflects the respective job board name.
- Users can now easily differentiate candidate sources directly from the JCM interface without additional verification steps.
- Existing UI elements remain consistent, with enhanced logic applied to the Job Portal field based on the candidate attachment method.
