Added Customer Details in Contact Portal

The Contact Portal now uses Customer details in place of Company details. This makes the wording on the screen match the customer-focused workflow and helps users review the correct account information without confusion.

How to Use

  1. Open the Contact Portal and go to the customer record or related detail page you normally use. -> The details area in the side pane now shows Customer wording instead of Company wording.
  2. Review the customer information shown on the page. -> The screen labels and related detail text now align with customer terminology.
