The Contact Portal now uses Customer details in place of Company details. This makes the wording on the screen match the customer-focused workflow and helps users review the correct account information without confusion.
How to Use
- Open the Contact Portal and go to the customer record or related detail page you normally use. -> The details area in the side pane now shows Customer wording instead of Company wording.
- Review the customer information shown on the page. -> The screen labels and related detail text now align with customer terminology.
