Recruiting Tab – DDS Insight Dashboard

The Recruiting Insights tab provides a comprehensive view of hiring and candidate activities within the DDS Insight Dashboard. This feature displays key metrics related to recruitment processes through intuitive tiles and interactive charts, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to track applicant volume, interview activity, hiring success rates, and source effectiveness.

Key Client Benefits:

  • Real-time Recruitment Visibility: Monitor applicant flow and hiring activities.
  • Source Performance Analysis: Identify top-performing applicant sources.
  • Process Efficiency: Track completion of background checks, assessments, and E-Verifies.

Filters:

There are two key parameters used to render data in Recruiting Tab:

  1. Date Picker (From and To): Allows users to define a specific date range for generating and viewing data accordingly.
  2. Entities Field: Enables users to select one or more offices for which they want to view insights.

Note: By default, the most recent available AP date with corresponding data will be selected, while future AP dates will remain disabled.

Functionality

1. Metric Tiles (Recruiting KPIs)

Real-time counts for the accounting period (Tenant Level). These tiles display the data based on selected date range.

Description

New Applicants

Number of applicants added in zenople during the period.

New Interviews

Number of interviews completed during the period.

New Hires

Number of New hires added during the period.

New Employees

Number of employees added into Zenople during the period.

New E-Verify

Number of new E-Verify completed during the period.

New Resumes

Number of resumes uploaded during the period.

New Background Checks

Number of new background checks initiated during the period.

New Assessments

Number of assessments initiated during the period.

New Referrals

Number of new active referrals created during the period.

Self Assignments

Number of assignments created by employees through self-assign during the period.

2. Graphs & Charts

a. Candidates by Source

  • Total Candidates By Week and Job Portal: Interactive visualization tracking candidate volume trends over time and by portal. The data is displayed for each week for the last 12 months based on the selected date range.
  • Applicant Source Bar Graph:
    • Displays distribution of applicants by source (e.g., Job Board, Employee Referral, Career Site).
    • Data sourced from Resume Source in the ATS.

This tab gives instant insights into pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring velocity, supporting data-driven talent acquisition strategies.

b. Applicant Assignments Trends By Week
This trend chart illustrates the average number of days required to place an applicant or employee into an assignment. It includes two distinct trend lines: one for Applicants and another for New Hires. The data is presented on a weekly basis over the last 12 months, according to the selected date range.

b. Paperwork Trends By Week

This trend chart illustrates the average number of days taken for a new hire process along with the corresponding paperwork counts. The data is displayed on a weekly basis for the past 12 months, based on the selected date range.
