Addition of "Markup" Column in Assignment Director

A "Markup" column has been added to the Assignment Directory, providing users with immediate visibility of the markup associated with each assignment. The new column is positioned after the shift column and is available in the column selector across multiple applications, including EIS, CMS, AMS, and TJM. The Markup column enhances the reporting detail and usability.
