Update Zenople Logo with Zenople by Aqore Logo
This feature enhances the branding of Zenople by Aqore by updating the Zenople logo to the new "Zenople by Aqore" logo throughout the application. This ensures consistent and up-to-date branding across all user interfaces.
Functionality
- Logo Replacement: Replaced the Zenople logo with the "Zenople by Aqore" logo throughout the application.
- Layout Support: Logo updated in all layouts except Compact, Thin, and Dense.
Display Office Names Alphabetically in the Office Dropdown
This feature enhances the user experience in Zenople by Aqore by displaying office names in alphabetical order within the Office dropdown menus throughout the application. This improvement allows users to quickly locate and select the desired office, improving efficiency and ease of use.
Functionality
- Alphabetical Ordering: Office names in the Office dropdown are now displayed in alphabetical order.
- Consistency: The alphabetical ordering is applied consistently across all pages and modules where the Office dropdown is used.
- Exceptions
- Registration page should have ordering by Portal Name and all other pages should have ordering by Office name.
- The feature is not applicable for directory filters and grids.
Single Device Login Session
This feature enhances the security of Zenople by Aqore, ensuring that a single user credential can only be logged in on one device at a time. This prevents unauthorized access and protects sensitive data.
Functionality
- Single Device Limitation: Only one device can be logged in with a single user credential.
- Session Timeout Prompt: When a login from another device is detected, the existing session will be timed out following Application change or External Navigation change, and a prompt will be displayed to the user: "A login from another device has been detected, and your session has been timed out."
- Session Expiry Page: Users will be redirected to the Session Expiry page after the session timeout.
- Cache Clearing: Clearing the browser cache will expire the session.
Resume Import: "Source" Field Update
This feature enhances the resume import functionality by adding a "Source" field as a new parameter, allowing users to select the referral source when bulk importing applicants/candidates. This enables tracking of the referral source for each applicant/candidate.
Functionality
- "Source" Column Addition: A "Source" column is added to the resume import navigation grid.
- Referral Source Selection: The "Source" column is a dropdown allowing users to select the referral source.
- Existing Functionality Preservation: The changes do not disrupt existing resume import functionality.
- Value Display: The selected referral source is displayed in the "Source" column.
Enhanced Search for 'Organization' Field by Department
This feature enhances the search functionality for the 'Organization' field across the application by enabling users to search by Department name. This allows users to more easily locate and select the correct organization and department when creating jobs or adding comments, especially in cases where there are numerous departments within a single organization.
Functionality
- Department Search: The system now supports searching the 'Organization' field by Department name.
- Job Creation Availability: When adding jobs (Temp Job, Direct Hire Job, and JSM jobs), the organization field is searchable by department.
- Comments Availability: The feature is also available in comments, allowing users to easily reference organizations and departments.
- Add Job Forms Integration: The feature is available in all "Add Job" forms, regardless of where they are accessed (Customer, Respective Job navigations).
- Organization Name Display: If only the organization name is available, the department name is included inside brackets (e.g., "Organization Name (Department Name)").
- Filter Implementation: The department search is implemented as a filter within the search field.
- Module Coverage: The department search is implemented across all 22 modules.
- Dropdown Structure: If there is no tabular structure in the dropdown, the feature includes changes to add a department with the organization name in the dropdown.
- Application-Wide Search: The feature enables searching by Department name throughout the entire application.
Social Sign-On with Google and Microsoft
This feature enables users to sign in to Zenople using their existing Google or Microsoft accounts, providing a more convenient and streamlined access method.
Functionality
- Social Sign-On Options:
- The login page displays options for "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Microsoft."
- OAuth Flow:
- Selecting one of these options initiates an OAuth flow with the selected provider (Google or Microsoft).
- Seamless Access:
- Upon successful authentication by Google or Microsoft, the user is granted access to Zenople without needing further login credentials.
- Account Linking:
- Users who have previously linked their Google or Microsoft account to Zenople are able to log in using this option.
- The option to connect a social account is available in the user’s profile settings.
- Users can link their Zenople account with either Microsoft or Google.
- Once linked, users can log in using their Microsoft or Google account without needing their Zenople password.
- Single Account Limitation:
- Users are unable to sign in with multiple accounts linked to the same Zenople profile.
- Company-Level Control:
- The "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Microsoft" buttons are controlled by the company-level option property "Enable SSO."
- If "Enable SSO" is set to true, the buttons are displayed on the signup page for that company; otherwise, they remain hidden.
- Users can turn Social Sign-On on or off from the company settings.
- User Experience:
- When Social Sign-In is enabled, the login screen shows “Sign in with Microsoft” and “Sign in with Google” options.
- If the login with a social account is successful, users are taken to their Zenople dashboard.
- If something goes wrong with social sign-in, users see a clear error message and have the option to try again.
- Security & Reliability:
- The connection between Zenople and the social account is secure and reliable.
- Users' permissions, roles, and settings remain the same after linking a social account.
Enhanced Signature Format and Validation for Electronic Signature
This feature enhances the Electronic Signature functionality in Zenople by Aqore, ensuring it covers more legal details for tasks requiring consent. The enhancement includes additional security, attribution, and audit trails to comply with legal standards and improve user trust.
Signature Format:
The electronic signature will adhere to the following format:
- Signature Acknowledgement: Confirmation of intent to sign.
- Signed Name: Name of the signer.
- Date and Timestamp (UTC): The exact date and time of signing.
- IP Address: Captured during signing for geo-location purposes.
- Unique ID: Generated using a combination of Alias, PersonID, and TaskID.
