Features added to Contact Portal
The following features have been added to the Contact Portal in Zenople:
Display “To Be Open” AP’s in Contact Portal
This feature enhances the Contact Portal in Zenople by Aqore by including "To Be Open" Accounting Periods (APs) in the Accounting Period dropdown menu of the Timesheet navigation. This provides users with the ability to perform operations on these APs as needed.
Functionality:
- AP Dropdown Enhancement: The Accounting Period (AP) dropdown menu throughout the system will now include "To Be Open" APs alongside the currently available options.
- Contact Portal Focus: This enhancement is specifically implemented in the Contact Portal.
- Show Next Week Accounting Period Logic: The logic to show or hide "To Be Open" APs will follow the "Show Next Week Accounting Period" option property.
- Display Priority: "Open" APs will be displayed with priority in the dropdown menu, followed by "To Be Open" APs.
- Limited "To Be Open" APs: Only Next 2 "To Be Open" APs will be included in the dropdown menu.
