Task

The ‘Task’ bottom navigation provides the information about the tasks assigned to the contact.

The card view of the Task screen includes the nature of the task, i.e., whether it is remaining or completed, the due date if the task is remaining, and the total number of the tasks completed and assigned inside the circle in a fractional representation.

Tapping on the ‘View’ option on the task card will direct the user can see the 'Task Title' at the center top of the screen.  

The tasks' lists and their sequence depend on the host company. The user can start doing the tasks after opening the task window.

Upon completing the task, the user can go to the next task by tapping the 'Right Arrow' button available at the bottom of the screen. 

Similarly, the user can go to the previously completed tasks by tapping on the 'Left Arrow’ button at the bottom of the screen. 

The user can exit the task and go back to the ‘Task’ navigation screen by clicking on the ‘Left Arrow’ button available at the top of the screen.

On the bottom of the screen, users can track the position of their task with reference to the total tasks completed and assigned represented by the fractional number. 

‘Hamburger’ action available on the same shell allows users to view the road map of the tasks in sliding screen. 

Numbers inside the circle define the sequence of the task, while the tick mark indicates the completion of the task and the pencil inside the box means the task has not been completed yet. 

On submitting the assigned set of tasks, users will see the acknowledgement screen thanking for the submission of the tasks.
