Overview
The Insights Dashboard is the analytics hub within DDS. It provides a holistic, multi-tab view of business performance across all dimensions of the staffing operation — Finance, Recruiting, Jobs & Assignments, Workforce, Trends, A/R, Sales & CRM, Productivity.
Where to Find It
Navigate to DDS → Insights in the main menu.
What It Consists Of
The Insights Dashboard is structured around a header bar (date range picker, office selector) and 8 tabs:
Tab | What It Covers |
Trends | Week-by-week trend lines for any combination of KPIs. |
Recruiting | Hiring pipeline — applicants, interviews, hires, e-verify, referrals, portal sources |
Finance | Revenue, hours billed, gross profit, GP%, GP per hour, new/lost revenue, AR aging summary |
Jobs & Assignments | Open job orders, active placements, new placements, ended assignments, missed opportunities |
A/R | Accounts receivable aging buckets (current through 90+ days), DSO, outstanding balance, payments |
Sales & CRM | Lead-to-customer pipeline — new leads, targets, conversions, total customers |
Productivity | System usage, timesheet operations, AI feature usage counts, task/comment activity, operational efficiency |
Workforce | Employee status composition — active, idle, placed, multi-assigned, rehire, reonboard, do-not-assign; includes a pie chart breakdown |
Key Filters
- Date Range — defaults to the most recent completed accounting period; automatically computes a matching prior period for comparison.
- Office Selector — shows only offices the user has been granted Insights access for (controlled via Data Access settings per user).
Note: By default, the landing page of the Insights is Finance tab.
