Article summary

Features Added on DHM

The features added on DHM are:

Removed Link Between Assignment and Employee

Users are now able to place applicants and new hires in a direct-hire job. Previously, only employees were allowed in direct hire.

Hovering on the eye view icon from the timesheet, payroll, and invoicing users can redirect themselves to applicants and new hires as well.

New Customers Now Shown While Adding Job from DHM

When users add jobs from DHM, they can now select new customers. This way, they can add direct hires for new customers as well. Before the update, the customers had to be in the CMS stage and had to have an active status to appear in the Add job option of DHM.

As seen from the screenshot below, the customer is currently in the NCO stage and has yet to reach the CMS stage (as shown by the incomplete workflow stages).

So, users should be able to search for this customer while adding a job in DHM.

Increase in Character Limit for Direct Hire Job Description

Users can now enter long descriptions while adding jobs in DHM. As such, the character limit for the “Description” has been removed. The feature is also visible while adding jobs from TJM.

Start Date and End Date While Adding/Editing Job

Users will now see the start date and end date while adding/editing a job from DHM. Also, the start date and end date will then be visible on the direct hire job directory columns.
