Features Added on JCM

The features added on JCM are:

Email to Office Staffs When Applicants Apply for a Job

When new applicants apply for a job, the office staffs receive a notification email regarding the details of the new candidate. However, the office staff should have the “IsEmailRecipient” property true as their user role in order to receive the email. This particular user role can be assigned to staff from the list item property of the ATM application.

Columns Added in Job Candidate Directory

The Job Candidate Directory now shows Days in Pipeline (How long has the candidate been in the same pipeline), Days in Current Stage (How long has the candidate been in the current stage), and Placed At (Shows the active assignment the candidate has been placed in and the assignment id) columns as additional information.

Additionally, if users choose the “Job Candidate” workflow, the directory will only show candidates from Temp Job. Hence, the “Placement” option gets replaced by “Assign”.

When users click on the option, they will see the assignment form. Filling up the form will directly send the employee to the “Placed” stage.

Documents Separated on Person and Candidate Levels

The new update now separates documents on person and candidate levels. A single person can be a job candidate for multiple jobs. So, every document added on a personal level might not be useful on candidate levels. Therefore, the candidate document section will now not show any person-level document.

However, resumes added on candidate levels might have different alterations for specific jobs. So, the person-level document navigation will show all the resumes. Also, resume-type documents have the list item property “IsParseable” true by default and cannot be altered.

Task Popup Dialog Box While Clicking on Next Stage Removed

While moving a talent and job candidate to the next stage a pop-up asking, “Do you want to add a task?” has been removed. The dialog box doesn’t seem necessary as the tasks are automatically assigned when a talent is created.
