Bug Fix Summary

Common Modules

An issue was identified in the Login module where, after successfully resetting their password, Contact and Employee users continued to see the Password Reset page instead of being redirected to the appropriate dashboard. This has been resolved to ensure users are redirected to their designated landing page immediately after a successful password reset.

Registration

An issue was observed on the registration page where an incorrect duplicate user message was displayed when existing user information was detected. This has been fixed to ensure the configured duplicate profile message is displayed consistently during registration validation.

ATS / NHO / EIS / Registration

An issue was observed where Duplicate Entry Check Combination validation was incorrectly triggered even when no Crossover configuration existed. This prevented valid person creation during registration processes across multiple modules. The issue has been fixed to ensure duplicate combination validation is only applied when appropriate crossover configurations are present.

Global Search

An issue was identified in the Global Search module where the "All Page Filter" option failed to display the filter input box after users navigated to an entity from search results. This has been resolved to ensure the filter box is displayed correctly, allowing users to apply filter criteria across all pages.

Another issue observed was when selecting the "All Page Filter" option on tabs containing large datasets caused the search field within the filter popup to disappear. Users were required to repeat the filtering process before the search field became available. This has been fixed to ensure the search field is displayed consistently regardless of record volume.

Similarly, another issue was observed where the Since column filter in Applicant and New Hire searches did not correctly filter records based on the entered value. This has been fixed to ensure only matching records are returned when filtering by the Since field.

Text

An issue was identified in the Text module where newly sent messages did not appear immediately within the SMS Board conversation view. Users were required to manually refresh the page to see the message. This has been resolved to ensure sent messages are displayed in real time after submission.

Pagination Count

An issue was observed across grids where pagination counts disappeared after applying and subsequently removing a filter. This has been fixed to ensure pagination information remains visible and accurately reflects the total record count.

Email Template

An issue was observed where emails sent using templates or email signatures were rendered with a light grey background instead of maintaining a transparent background. This affected the visual consistency of outgoing emails. The issue has been fixed to ensure emails retain proper background formatting when templates and signatures are applied.

Another identified issue was, in several standard email templates where hardcoded client information was displayed instead of dynamically populating the appropriate client name. This resulted in inaccurate email content being sent to recipients. The issue has been resolved to ensure client-specific information is populated dynamically across the affected templates.

Applicant Portal

An issue was identified where attempting to change a password after initially entering an incorrect old password resulted in a security exception, even after providing valid credentials. This has been resolved to ensure password updates complete successfully once the correct information is provided.

Employee Portal

An issue was observed in the Employee Portal where tasks configured with Duplicate Entry Check validation allowed users to save Personal Information and Applicant Information tasks even after duplicate SSN or profile warnings were displayed. This has been fixed to ensure the appropriate validation message is displayed and task submission is prevented when duplicate records are detected.

Another issue was identified where the Work History task displayed a blank screen when assigned to Applicants, New Hires, or Employees. Although the task rendered correctly after being archived and reassigned, it did not load properly on initial assignment. This has been resolved to ensure the Work History form and related fields are displayed correctly whenever the task is accessed.

Another issue was observed in the Employee Portal where tax documents marked as available for the portal could not be downloaded if the associated batch had not been posted. Users encountered an error message despite the document being visible in the portal. The issue has been fixed to ensure eligible tax documents can be viewed and downloaded as expected when configured for Employee Portal access.

An issue was identified in the Employee Portal where the Self-Assignment button was not displayed when employees had no assigned tasks. As a result, employees were unable to self-assign tasks until at least one task had been assigned to them. This has been resolved to ensure the Self-Assignment option remains available regardless of current task assignments.

Contact Portal

A performance issue was identified in the Contact Portal where navigation to the Timesheet and Timeclock sections experienced noticeable delays, impacting user productivity. Performance optimizations have been implemented to improve page load times and provide a smoother user experience.

An issue was identified where editing time entries in the Contact Portal updated Actual Punch information even when no employee punch activity had occurred. This has been resolved to ensure Actual Punch details are derived only from employee-generated punch records.

Tasks/Forms

Task

An issue was observed where certain tasks, including Essential Function, License and Certificate, and Direct Deposit, could not be archived successfully and displayed an error message instead. This has been fixed to ensure tasks can be archived successfully with appropriate confirmation messages.

Forms

Direct Deposit

An issue was identified in the Direct Deposit form where Payroll Debit Card information was automatically populated even when employees selected the "I have a bank account – Direct Deposit" option. This has been fixed to ensure Payroll Debit Card fields remain empty unless the employee specifically selects the "I don't have a bank account – Payroll Debit Card" option.

I-9 Task

An issue was observed in the Employee Portal where uploading I-9 supporting documents using the device camera resulted in an error. This prevented users from successfully attaching required documentation. The issue has been fixed to ensure images captured using the camera can be uploaded and attached successfully.

ATS/NHO/EIS application

An issue was identified where updates to a person's SSN were saved successfully but were not reflected in the Person Detail snapshot view. This created inconsistencies between stored data and displayed information. The issue has been resolved to ensure snapshots display updated SSN information immediately after saving.

An issue was identified where editing employee information configured under Duplicate Entry Check Combination validation resulted in an unexpected system error instead of displaying the configured validation message. This has been resolved to ensure users receive the correct duplicate combination warning when duplicate data is detected.

NHO / EIS application

An issue was identified where custom review tasks were not assigned according to an employee's Preferred Language setting. This resulted in employees receiving incorrect task versions. The issue has been resolved to ensure task assignments align with the configured language preference.

ATS / NHO / TJM / DHM application

Resume Import

An issue was observed during Resume Import where phone numbers containing formatting characters displayed correctly during preview but lost the final digits after being saved. This has been fixed to ensure phone numbers are stored and displayed consistently across all views.

EIS / CMS / TJM application

Assignment

An issue was observed where assignment statuses displayed in expanded views did not match the statuses shown in the grid. This caused inconsistencies for Current, Future, Ended, and Invalid assignments. The issue has been fixed to ensure status values remain consistent across all views.

NCO / CMS application

An issue was identified where changing the Transaction Code to a Bill Only Transaction automatically altered the Customer Adjustment Type and resulted in missing Bill Limit information after saving. This created inconsistencies between the configured values and the data displayed in the application. The issue has been resolved to ensure Customer Adjustment Type and associated limit fields retain their intended values.

TMS / ARS application

An issue was identified where discarding the only available batch did not remove it from the application, causing discarded batches to continue appearing in listings. This has been resolved to ensure discarded batches are removed correctly and do not reappear.

ATS

Assessment

An issue was identified in the ATS module where newly added assessments were not displayed in the Recent Assessment section of the applicant snapshot. Although assessments were saved successfully, the snapshot did not reflect the latest information. This has been resolved to ensure recently added assessments are displayed correctly within the applicant snapshot.

NHO

An issue was identified where updating a Personal Information task incorrectly triggered a duplicate SSN validation error when saving the employee’s existing SSN. This has been resolved to ensure validation is only applied to true duplicate records and not the current employee record.

An issue was identified in the New Hire Onboarding module where the Task count displayed in the New Hire Directory did not match the value shown for the same record within Global Search. This inconsistency could cause confusion when tracking onboarding progress. The issue has been resolved to ensure task counts remain synchronized across both views.

EIS

Hiring Info

An issue was observed in dark mode where Shift Type text was not displayed clearly, reducing readability. This has been fixed to ensure text remains visible and properly formatted across themes.

User Role

An issue was identified where pressing the Enter key within the commission field unexpectedly cleared previously entered values and activated unrelated dropdowns. This has been resolved to ensure entered data remains intact and controls only respond to intended user actions.

Bank Account

An issue was identified where saving an existing inactive bank account displayed a success message but did not reactivate the account. This has been resolved to ensure existing inactive accounts are properly reactivated when added again.

An issue was identified where bank accounts were automatically reverted to an inactive status despite being reactivated, particularly when pending office staff tasks or rehire scenarios existed. This has been resolved to ensure bank accounts remain active after successful reactivation.

Task

An issue was observed where employees were unable to successfully complete assigned tasks, preventing workflows from progressing as expected. This has been fixed to ensure tasks can be completed successfully and statuses update correctly upon completion.

Document

An issue was observed where adding an email attachment to the Document section displayed two Document Name fields instead of one. This has been fixed to ensure only a single Document Name field is displayed during document creation.

CMS

An issue was identified where phone number filtering behaved inconsistently between Customer and Employee grids. Formatted phone numbers returned results in Customer views but failed in Employee views. This has been resolved to ensure phone number searches work consistently regardless of formatting.

AMS

An issue was observed in the AMS module where ending assignments in bulk could incorrectly update jobs belonging to offices outside the user's access permissions. This behavior was reproducible in specific data configurations and could result in unintended job updates. The issue has been fixed to ensure only assignments and related jobs within the user's authorized office are affected by bulk actions.

An issue was observed where sorting by Employee name did not work correctly when names contained spaces in the first, middle, or last name fields. This has been fixed to ensure employee records are sorted correctly regardless of spacing within names.

TJM

An issue was observed where employees with assignments that had already ended were still displayed as being on assignment within Global Search. This resulted in inaccurate assignment status reporting. The issue has been fixed to ensure only employees with active assignments are marked as currently on assignment.

An issue was identified in TJM Directory where pagination controls were not functioning correctly and record counts displayed inaccurate information. This has been resolved to ensure pagination navigation and record counts are displayed accurately across all pages.

An issue was identified where entering a value outside the supported range in a required numeric field generated a system error and prevented further saving attempts. Users were forced to restart the entire job creation process. This has been resolved by improving validation handling and allowing users to correct invalid entries without losing previously entered data.

JSM

An issue was identified where the Estimated Gross Profit Per Hour field appeared blank instead of displaying either a calculated value or a default value of zero. This has been resolved to ensure the field displays the correct value at all times.

An issue was observed where updates made to Job Rates were not reflected immediately after editing or deletion. Users were required to refresh the page manually to view the latest information. This has been fixed to ensure the Job Rate list refreshes automatically following modifications.

An issue was identified where entering more than the supported number of characters in the Extra field of a Scheduled Job resulted in a system error. This has been resolved by enforcing proper character limits and validation.

An issue was observed in JSM where Quick Search did not return results when users entered a keyword and pressed the Enter key. This has been fixed to ensure searches are executed successfully using both the Enter key and standard search actions.

JCM

An issue was identified where the Days in Current Stage value was not updated when workflow stages were modified directly through the edit and save process. This resulted in inaccurate stage duration tracking. The issue has been resolved to ensure stage duration is updated consistently regardless of how workflow changes are performed.

An issue was identified where non-numeric characters could be entered into Minimum Rate and Maximum Rate fields and saved without validation. This has been resolved to ensure only valid numeric values are accepted.

TMS

Timesheet

An issue was observed where future assignment schedules were incorrectly grouped under the current Accounting Period transaction when service profile settings were updated. This resulted in future work dates being associated with the wrong transaction records. The issue has been fixed to ensure future work dates are mapped correctly to their respective Accounting Periods.

An issue was observed in the Timesheet module where bulk deletion of transaction codes did not perform reliably when processing large volumes of records. The system generated individual requests for each transaction, causing performance degradation and failures at higher record counts. This has been fixed to ensure transaction codes can be removed successfully from large batches of selected records.

An issue was identified where scheduled job transactions were always created using the Weekly transaction template, regardless of the template selected within the associated Service Profile. This has been resolved to ensure scheduled transactions are generated according to the configured transaction template.

Timesheet/Time Import

An issue was observed where the Timesheet and Time Import modules shared the same navigation icon, making it difficult to distinguish between them in certain themes. This has been fixed by providing distinct icons for each module.

Timeclock

An issue was observed in the Timeclock module where performing multiple clock-in, clock-out, break, and edit actions could result in duplicate break entries being displayed. This created confusion in time entry records and affected data accuracy. The issue has been fixed to ensure each break instance is displayed only once.

Workboard

An issue was identified where selecting the Add Timesheet Attachment action without selecting any transactions displayed an incorrect error message. This has been resolved to ensure users receive the appropriate validation message when no transactions are selected.

An issue was identified where Break In and Break Out times disappeared from scheduled job-related transactions after processing. This has been resolved to ensure break details remain visible after time entry processing is completed.

An issue was observed in Work Board where column filters were unavailable for several key transaction-related columns, limiting users' ability to filter and analyze data. This has been fixed to ensure filtering capabilities are available for all applicable columns.

Payroll

An issue was observed in the PAS Grouping Wizard where the search functionality was not working, preventing users from locating grouping records efficiently. This has been fixed to restore search capabilities within the Grouping Wizard.

Correction

An issue was observed in the Correction Wizard where clicking directly on step labels did not navigate users to the corresponding section. Navigation only worked when clicking outside the text area. This has been fixed to ensure users can navigate by clicking anywhere on the wizard labels.

Payment

An issue was observed where the Payment Batch Type displayed incorrect information when editing Reissue/Reprint batches. This has been fixed to ensure the correct batch type is displayed consistently.

An issue was identified where payroll reports sent automatically via email were missing the expected report attachment, while manually resent emails included the attachment correctly. This has been resolved to ensure report attachments are handled consistently during automated email delivery.

An issue was observed where Bank File Type names were displayed inconsistently across different screens, creating confusion for users. This has been fixed to ensure naming conventions remain consistent throughout the application.

IMS

Invoicing

An issue was identified in the IMS Invoicing Batch Wizard where the Skip Transaction option was visible for posted invoice batches but had no effect when enabled. This resulted in the batch processing workflow not behaving as expected. The issue has been resolved to ensure the Skip Transaction option functions correctly and advances processing to the Exceptions step for posted invoice batches.

Invoice

An issue was observed in IMS where invoice batch processing failed when Auto Invoice Number generation was disabled and invoice attachments were present. The system incorrectly attempted to use invoice numbers before they were generated, resulting in processing failures. This has been fixed to ensure invoice batches process successfully regardless of invoice number generation timing.

An issue was identified in the Bulk Correction List Wizard where users could select all records and proceed despite the grid containing no data. This has been resolved to ensure selection controls and navigation actions remain disabled when no records are available.

ARS

An issue was observed in the ARS Payment module where copying and pasting a reference value while processing invoices caused incorrect balance calculations. In some cases, the previous balance was displayed as zero despite an existing balance, and discarding an invoice resulted in duplicated invoice rows and inaccurate remaining balances. This has been fixed to ensure balances are calculated correctly and discarded invoices are removed without creating duplicate records.

An issue was observed in the ARS module where changing an invoice number during batch processing could result in invoice information from one organization being incorrectly associated with customer and payment details from another organization. This caused invoice mismatches and inaccurate financial reporting. The issue has been resolved to ensure invoice changes during processing properly reset associated references and maintain accurate invoice-to-customer mappings throughout the transaction lifecycle.

APS

An issue was observed where newly created payment batches configured with “Generate Bill and Transaction” did not appear in the grid immediately after creation. This has been fixed to ensure payment batches are displayed promptly following successful creation.

RMS

An issue was identified in RMS report subscriptions where the columns included in emailed reports did not match the columns displayed in the original report. This discrepancy could lead to confusion and inconsistent reporting. The issue has been resolved to ensure emailed reports accurately reflect the configured report layout.

An issue was observed in RMS where subscribing to reports resulted in a severe exception, preventing successful report subscriptions. This has been fixed to ensure reports can be subscribed to without errors.

An issue was observed in the W2 Data Validation Report where the Year field accepted invalid inputs such as letters, symbols, and negative values. This has been fixed to enforce proper year validation and ensure only valid year values are accepted.

An issue was identified where column names displayed in Column Options differed from those shown in Selected Filters, creating inconsistencies in the reporting interface. This has been resolved to ensure column labels remain consistent throughout the filtering experience.

An issue was identified where changing a report template status to inactive did not display a confirmation notification, leaving users without feedback regarding the action. This has been resolved to ensure a success notification is displayed whenever report template status changes are completed.

An issue was identified in several paginated reports where SSN fields accepted values exceeding the expected format and length requirements. This has been resolved to enforce proper SSN validation and ensure only valid SSN formats are accepted.

An issue was observed where report date ranges allowed end dates earlier than start dates, resulting in invalid report criteria. This has been fixed to ensure proper validation is enforced between date fields.

An issue was observed in dark mode where report scrollbars became difficult to view while zooming, affecting report navigation. This has been fixed to ensure scrollbars remain visible and accessible in both light and dark themes.

An issue was identified where numeric fields accepted invalid character combinations such as "++" and "--" without validation. This has been resolved to ensure only valid numeric input formats are permitted.

An issue was observed in Report Builder where amount-related default value fields did not display the appropriate currency symbol. This has been fixed to ensure monetary default values display with the correct currency formatting.

An issue was identified where multi-select dropdown fields did not clearly display selected values and lacked visibility for selections exceeding the display limit. This has been resolved to improve the display of selected options and provide better visibility of all selected values.

An issue was observed where opening a new report after viewing an existing report triggered unexpected validation messages before any data was entered. This has been fixed to ensure new report forms load without unnecessary validation prompts.

AIS

An issue was observed in the Edit GL Account screen where selecting an account from the Account dropdown did not update the corresponding Account Number field. This resulted in mismatched account information being displayed. The issue has been fixed to ensure the selected account number is populated automatically when an account is chosen.

WIM

An issue was observed where incident dates could be entered outside the employee’s assignment period, allowing invalid injury records to be created. This has been fixed to ensure incident dates are validated against assignment dates before submission.

UMS

An issue was identified in the unemployment workflow where access validation was incorrectly restricted by the user's default office rather than workflow permissions. This prevented authorized users from creating unemployment records under eligible offices. The issue has been resolved to ensure office availability is determined by workflow access permissions and only authorized offices are displayed.

ATM

Option Property

An issue was identified in the ATM Option Property configuration where multiple mutually exclusive upload options could be selected simultaneously for the DirectDepositVoidCheckUpload field. This resulted in invalid configurations and potential data inconsistencies. The issue has been resolved to ensure only one upload option can be selected at a time.

An issue was identified in ATM List Item management where editing and saving a list item displayed a successful confirmation message, but the updated item name was not reflected in the list view. This has been resolved to ensure updated item names are saved and displayed immediately after modification.

Template Builder

An issue was identified in ATM Template Builder where the Forgot Password URL merge tag redirected users to a 404 error page. This prevented users from accessing the password recovery page directly from generated communications. The issue has been resolved to ensure the merge tag redirects users to the correct password recovery page.

Agency

An issue was identified where newly created agencies did not appear immediately within the Agency listing page and required a manual page refresh to become visible. This has been resolved to ensure agency listings update automatically after successful creation.

An issue was observed where required fields were not visually highlighted when left blank, making it difficult for users to identify missing information. This has been fixed to ensure required fields are clearly indicated when validation errors occur.

An issue was identified where the search field in Agency settings did not include the standard search placeholder text. This has been resolved to ensure the search field follows standard UI conventions.

Form Builder

An issue was identified where selected department names were not displayed within the Customer Requirement Setup table after configuration. This has been resolved to ensure department information is displayed correctly after selection.

Bulk Document

An issue was observed in the Bulk Document module where file downloads were not functioning correctly, preventing users from retrieving documents. This has been fixed to ensure files download successfully using the appropriate naming convention.

Tax Rate

An issue was observed where information icons were missing or displayed incorrectly across multiple Tax Rate configurations. This has been fixed to ensure information icons are displayed consistently and correctly throughout the module.

An issue was identified where selecting a state while creating a tax rate displayed an indefinite loading shimmer without providing meaningful content or feedback. This has been resolved to ensure the interface displays the appropriate data or a clear empty state.

DDS

Finish Line

An issue was observed in DDS Finish Line where updates to user data access caused the Company filter to retain an invalid state, preventing the filter from functioning correctly. This has been fixed to ensure the Company filter updates properly when user data access changes.
