Feature Overview
This feature enhances the AI Resume Generator to meet critical user needs for privacy, branding, and accessibility in recruitment processes. It introduces functionality to redact personally identifiable information, such as candidate names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.
Additionally, to support diverse candidate and client needs, the feature enables resume generation in both English and Spanish, with accurate translations and culturally appropriate formatting, thereby broadening the tool’s usability across multilingual recruitment environments.
How to use
Step 1: Navigate to the detail page of any Person Applications (ATS, NHO, EIS).
Step 2: Locate the star icon and choose the “AI Resume Builder” option from the menu.
Step 3: Upon selecting the “AI Resume Builder” action, the system will automatically generate a resume for the selected entity, incorporating only the available data. For instance, if educational details are not provided for an individual, the education section will be excluded from their resume.
Each time a user generates a resume for the same entity using the AI Resume Builder, the output may vary slightly due to dynamic processing of the available data.
