Feature Overview
AI Resume Builder creates a professional resume draft using the information available in the selected person profile. Users can generate resumes in English or Spanish, select an available resume template, provide custom instructions to tailor the content, edit the generated resume, preview it as an A4 PDF, and then save the completed resume to the person profile or download it for local use.
The feature is intended to help recruiters and staffing users quickly prepare consistent, professional resume drafts while keeping the final review and editing under the user's control.
How to use
Step 1: Navigate to the detail page of any Person Applications (ATS, NHO, EIS).
Step 2: Locate the star icon and choose the “AI Resume Builder” option from the menu. The Resume Builder will open for the selected person.
Step 3: Review the resume generated from the person profile information. If any information is missing or incorrect, update the content in the editor before saving or downloading the resume.
Step 4: Select the required language from the Language menu. The Resume Builder supports English and Spanish. Select Generate to generate the resume in the selected language.
Step 5: Select an available resume template from the Template menu if a specific resume layout is required. If no template is selected, the standard resume generation flow will be used.
Step 6: Enter any additional instructions in the customization field if you want to emphasize specific experience, skills, or other information. Select Generate with prompt to generate the updated resume.
Step 7: Review and edit the generated resume as needed. Select Preview to view the resume as an A4 PDF and verify the content, formatting, header information, spacing, and page breaks.
Step 8: Once the resume is finalized, select Save to Profile to save the PDF to the person's profile or select Download to save a local PDF copy.
