Feature Overview
This feature enhances the Person Application (ATS, NHO, EIS) by integrating AI to generate concise, professional profile summaries for all person application entities, enabling recruiters to grasp key professional details and make informed hiring decisions quickly. The summaries are dynamically created based on comprehensive candidate data, including employment history, skills, top five assignments, education, and personal details, ensuring a holistic representation of the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
How to use
Step 1: Navigate to the detail page of any Person Application (ATS, NHO, EIS).
Step 2: At the top of the snapshot navigation, identify the new row labeled “AI Profile Summary.”
Step 3: The AI Profile Summary row is initially blank and includes an action button to initiate the generation of the summary.
Step 4: Click the action button to create an AI Profile Summary for the specific entity, which will be based solely on the data available for that entity.
Once generated, the AI Profile Summary for the entity will persist and remain accessible for future reference. Please note that the Professional Summary and the AI Profile Summary are distinct entities within the system.
