Feature Overview
The AI Job Description feature enables Zenople by Aqore users to automatically generate job descriptions based on an overview of the job. Using existing job details, this tool eliminates the need for manual entry, streamlining the job creation and job posting process.
The AI-based job description feature is available when creating/editing a temp job and direct hire jobs.
How to use?
Using AI-based job Description
Step 1: Navigate to the TJM, DHM, or JSM listing. Go to add or edit a job from the navigation action.
Step 2: Scroll to view the job description input box. Below the input box, a new section to generate a job description is added.
If there exists no job description initially, click on the “Generate” button to generate the job description based on the added skills, shift, and other necessary parameters.
If the job description is available initially, toggle the “Improve Job Description with AI prompt”. A new section will appear that will allow users to enter a prompt to improve the job description. Along with the prompt, users will also be able to set a word limit.
Step 3: Click on “Save” to save the generated job description.
Using AI-Based Job Descriptions for Job Postings
Step 1: Go to the Job Posting page for any job type: Temp Job, Direct Hire Job, or Scheduled Job.
Step 2: Click the Settings option from the favorite action menu.
Step 3: Select the desired Job Portals and click Next.
Step 4: In the Job Editor, choose Draft with AI (the final option in the text editor). The job description for job posting will be generated automatically.
Step 5: Click on “Save & Post Jobs” to publish the job posting.
