This feature enhances the Sense API by including the Workflow Stage field from the Job Candidate Management (JCM) system for Submission (Job Candidate) records, enabling Sense to send targeted notifications to candidates as they progress through stages from Applicant to Qualified, improving candidate engagement and workflow automation.

Functionality:

• The Sense API is updated to include the Workflow Stage field from JCM for all Submission/Job Candidate records, tested to ensure accurate retrieval of stage data (e.g., Candidate, Placed).
• The API response for candidate records now contains workflow stage information, allowing Sense to trigger stage-specific notifications and journey automation.
• The enhancement supports seamless integration between JCM and Sense, with data validation to ensure stage progression is accurately reflected in API responses.
