Features added to CMS
The following features have been added to the Customer Management System (CMS):
Users can select Time and Day for Time Approval through Email
Users can now select the day and time for Time Approval through email. The following changes have been made to the Customer Service Profile:
- The previous “Approval Notification Interval” field has been removed.
- New fields, “Approval Notification Day” and “Approval Notification Time,” have been added to the Timesheet section of the Service Profile.
- The “Approval Notification Day” field is a multi-select dropdown that allows users to choose multiple days of the week for Time Approval notifications.
- The “Approval Notification Time” field is a multi-select dropdown that allows users to choose multiple times of the day for Time Approval notifications.
Note: If a value is entered in the “Approval Notification Day” field, a value must also be entered in the “Approval Notification Time” field.
