Common Features for Organization Applications 

The following features have been added as common features for LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS: 

Preserve Workflow Stage of Lead/Sales Pipeline/New Customer/Customer

Users will now be able to see the current actual entity workflow regardless of any remaining tasks in previous workflows or workflow stages. This enhancement ensures that the workflow of the entity shown in the search results of the global search accurately reflects the current stage.

Regardless of any remaining previous workflow task completion, the workflow of the Customer should be displayed as the highest workflow the customer resides in the search results.
