The following features have been added to Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

Welcome Email for Applicants Based on Resident Address (IL)

This enhancement ensures that applicants residing in Illinois (IL) receive a tailored welcome email, providing them with relevant communication specific to their resident location during the Applicant stage. By automating this process, the system enhances the personalization of the applicant's experience and ensures timely communication based on their location.

Feature Details

1. Email Trigger Based on Resident Address
   1. The system will automatically check the applicant’s resident address during the application process.
   2. If the applicant’s resident address is in Illinois (IL), a welcome email will be sent to the applicant.
2. Personalized Communication
   1. The welcome email will be sent to include information relevant to applicants from Illinois, ensuring that the communication is tailored to their location.
   2. This can include location-specific instructions, compliance information, or other state-specific content.

Implementation Notes

• Address Verification: The system will verify the applicant's resident address to check if it falls within Illinois (IL). This check will be done during the applicant stage.
• Email Delivery: Once an applicant’s address is confirmed to be in Illinois, the system will automatically trigger the welcome email.

This feature improves the efficiency and relevance of communication by automatically sending state-specific welcome emails to applicants from Illinois, ensuring a more personalized and location-aware onboarding experience.
