Texting Enhancement

The texting feature is now refactored by improving the existing functionality and adding new functionality listed below.

• Revamped text user interface to use the text easily.

• Users can now "pin" important messages to the top of a conversation for quick access.

• The “Star” feature has been added in Zenople texting to highlight important messages within a conversation for easy reference later.

• Users do not need to choose a recipient right away! You can begin composing a message before selecting who to send it to. Users can also send messages to unknown numbers just by adding the contact number to list of recipients on the right side of the compose screen. The name that will be added for the unknown number will be tagged as same throughout the system.

• Users are able to see the entire conversation history with a contact, making it easier to follow up on previous messages or tasks.
• Users can select a text message and assign it to a specific staff member for handling.
