Features Added on Contact
The features added on Contact are:
SSN Replaced by Customer Name
Previously, SSN was displayed on the Contact detail header.
Now, SSN has been replaced with the customer’s name. Users will be able to see the customer's name on the Contact detail header.
Extension Field Added
The new field extension as 'Ext.' has been added in Add/ Edit contact wizard. It is located next to the phone field. Some contacts might have extension numbers as well. In that case, this field will be useful.
