UI Improvements in Punch In Screen of ZenTime

The ZenTime Time Entry screen has been updated with two sets of improvements. The punch section now displays numbered steps alongside each punch action, and the punch button area is tappable so employees can complete their punch directly from the center of the screen. The assignment listing section has also been updated with larger, clearer text so employees can read and locate their assignment details more easily.

Numbered Punch Sequence

• At the ZenTime device, enter your PIN to reach the Time Entry screen.
• On the punch section, you will now see a numbered step next to each available action — for example:
  1. Clock In
  2. Break Out
  3. Break In
  4. Clock Out
• The number shown indicates where you are in your current workday sequence, making it clear which action to take next.
• Tap the central button area (the circle in the middle of the screen) to perform the highlighted action. For example, if "Clock In" is displayed, tapping the circle will record your clock-in immediately.
• The screen will confirm the punch and return you to the PIN entry screen.

Assignment Listing Readability

• At the ZenTime kiosk, enter your PIN to reach the Time Entry screen.
• If you have more than one active assignment, the assignment listing is displayed so you can confirm which assignment you are punching against.
• Assignment names, dates, and other key details now appear in a larger font size, making it easier to read and select the correct entry, especially on wall-mounted or shared kiosk devices.
