Overview

To enable the Social Sign-In feature, an administrator must first configure the system settings:

  1. Access the system configuration by navigating to ATM - Option.
  2. Within the dropdown menu, select "Company".
  3. Locate the "EnableSSO" parameter using the search function.
  4. Modify the EnableSSO setting to TRUE for all applicable Companies.
  5. Terminate your current session by logging out of the application.

Upon successful configuration, the login interface will present two additional authentication methods:

  • Sign in with Microsoft
  • Sign in with Google

Account Integration Process

Prior to utilizing social authentication, users must establish a connection between their Zenople account and their preferred social login provider. Please execute the following steps:

  1. Access your Zenople account through standard authentication credentials.
  2. Locate and select the Profile icon in the upper right corner of the interface. 
  3. Within the Profile menu, identify and select "Connect Social Account".
  4. Select your preferred authentication provider:
    1. Continue with Microsoft
    2. Continue with Google
  5. Proceed with your selected provider.
  6. Complete the secure authentication process through the chosen provider's interface.
  7. Follow the provider-specific authentication protocol.
  8. Upon successful verification, the system will establish a connection between your social and Zenople accounts.
  9. Subsequently, you may access Zenople using your connected social account credentials.

Note: Once configured, this integration enables streamlined access to your Zenople account through your chosen social authentication provider while maintaining all existing permissions and account configurations.

In using this method, Zenople does not collect any personal data. This only establishes a connection between Zenople Account and the external Account.
