About New Customer Onboarding (NCO)

The new Customer Onboarding (NCO) application allows users to set up everything related to the new customers. The user may predefine stages and tasks as per their requirement before transferring into the customer bucket. All of the setups will be done by the service team. Setups include worker compensation, work address, multiple payrolls and invoicing styles, and other company needs and requirements. If users complete all of the settings in NCO, it will be simple to schedule the work and complete all of the invoicing later.

There are five main navigations in NCO. They are:

  • Dashboard
  • New Customer
  • Contact
  • Import
  • Export

New Customer Onboarding (NCO) Flow

The first process for the New Customer starts from tracking a lead from various sources, analyzing and qualifying them from LTS (Lead Tracking System), and moving them to SPM (Sales Pipeline Management). In the SPM application, they are offered various proposals, negotiations and their credits are analyzed accordingly before having them as a new client in NCO (New Customer Onboarding).
