Scheduled messages were not appearing in the scheduled messages list or text session view after being successfully scheduled. Although the scheduling process completed without errors, the messages were not visible to users. This issue has been resolved to ensure scheduled messages are displayed correctly within the text session view after scheduling.

SSO

Unexpected Log out

Users experienced an issue during Single Sign-On (SSO) login where navigating between modules redirected them to the reset password page and unexpectedly logged them out. This issue has been fixed to ensure users can reset passwords successfully and navigate between modules without session interruption.

Inconsistent session

A session persistence issue was identified in the SSO login process where users were unexpectedly logged out or required to authenticate again after signing in. The issue has been fixed to ensure user sessions remain active and persist correctly without unnecessary re-authentication.

Company Scan

Repeatedly scanning and deleting companies caused excessive page reloads, which eventually led to application crashes on iOS devices. This issue has been resolved to ensure the page refreshes only once after deletion, supports multiple scans smoothly, and prevents application crashes during repeated operations.

Tax Document

The Tax Documents section in the Employee Portal failed to load, preventing users from accessing or downloading tax-related documents. This issue has been resolved to ensure the Tax Documents page loads successfully and displays all available tax documents correctly.

Contact Information

When users clicked on Contact Information, User Role, or Address cards, a sliding tab opened without displaying any content or details. This issue has been fixed to ensure the sliding panel loads and displays the appropriate information correctly for each selected section.

Dashboard

An issue was identified in the Zenople Mobile Application where users were unable to switch between tiles successfully. Tapping on different tiles did not navigate to the corresponding section, limiting access to other areas of the application. This issue has been fixed to ensure smooth tile navigation and proper section loading across the mobile application.

Employee Portal

Assignment

Cancelled assignments or assignments ending on the current day were incorrectly displayed on the Home page under the Assignments section in the mobile Employee Portal, even though they were not visible under the Assignments tab. This inconsistency has been resolved to ensure only active and valid assignments are displayed consistently throughout the application.

Contact Portal

Design fixes

A duplicate employee name was being displayed on the Assignment Detail page in the mobile Contact Portal, causing unnecessary repetition in the UI. The issue has been resolved to ensure the employee name is displayed only once for a cleaner and more consistent user experience.

LTS/SPM/NCO/CMS

Missing checkbox for “Email Login Credentials”

A platform inconsistency issue was observed in the mobile application where the “Email Login Credentials” checkbox was missing while adding new entries in modules such as LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS. The checkbox was available in the web version but not visible in mobile. This has now been fixed, and the checkbox is correctly displayed above the Address section in Step 2: Contact, matching the web application behavior.
