Common Modules

Time Zone

An inconsistency was observed in Date of Birth values when device time zones were changed to negative offsets, causing mismatches between different views. This has been fixed to ensure consistent DOB display regardless of time zone settings.

Email Profile

An issue was identified in retrieving the default email profile at the organization level due to incorrect handling of the @OrganizationID parameter. As a result, the system defaulted to personal email addresses instead of the configured organizational profile. This has been resolved to ensure that the system correctly prioritizes and displays the organization-level email profile, with proper fallback to office-level or personal email only when necessary.

Search

A UI issue was observed in the address search parameter, affecting user interaction and search functionality. This has been addressed to ensure that address-based searches return results correctly without UI inconsistencies or errors.

Global Search

Issues were identified in Global Search related to saved searches. Clicking on a saved search did not return any data, and using the back button after selection caused the application to crash. These issues have been resolved to ensure that saved searches load the correct data and navigation functions smoothly without causing system crashes.

Zenople Themes

A theme-specific issue was observed where the Save button in the Create Event form was missing when using themes other than the Modern theme. This prevented users from saving events across multiple theme configurations. The issue has been fixed to ensure that the Save button is displayed across all themes, providing a consistent and functional user experience.

Calendar

An issue was identified in the Calendar module where users were unable to save newly created events. When attempting to create an event from Day, Week, or Month views, the Create Event form was displayed without a Save button, preventing completion of the action. This has been resolved to ensure that the Save button is consistently available, allowing users to successfully create and save events.

Address

A data persistence issue was observed where values entered in Address Line 2 were not retained after saving the employment record. This has been fixed to ensure that any entered Address Line 2 values are properly saved and displayed.

Tasks/Forms

I-9 Form selection

A data carryover issue was observed where document selections from previously rejected submissions were retained, leading to invalid options and potential E-Verify failures. This has been resolved to ensure that only valid and relevant document options are presented during each submission attempt.

Direct Deposit Task

An issue was identified where tasks were automatically archived under certain configurations, bypassing validation for incorrect routing numbers and allowing invalid bank account creation. This has been fixed to ensure proper exception handling and validation before account creation.

Direct Deposit status

An issue was identified where bank details were not visible after changing the state to "Complete" and accessing the detail view. This has been fixed to ensure that bank details remain visible even after status updates.

I-9 compliance

A compliance-related issue was found where the system did not trigger an exception for I-9 expiry when an employee had an I-9 date but no prior pay history. This has been fixed to ensure that appropriate exception notifications are generated, helping maintain compliance and preventing potential oversights.

Task discrepancy

A discrepancy was observed in the Task module where the time taken duration was correctly calculated in the backend but not accurately reflected in the task navigation grid. This has been fixed to ensure that the calculated time duration is properly displayed, maintaining consistency between backend logic and UI representation.

EIS

First Assignment Start Date in Date Type

An issue was identified where the FirstAssignmentStartDate remained populated even after the assignment was cancelled. This has been fixed to ensure that the field is cleared when an assignment does not actually begin, maintaining data accuracy.

Hire Date logic issue

A logic gap was identified where the Hire Date was not populated based on the Assignment Start Date when configured to run via nightly job. This has been resolved to ensure that the Hire Date is correctly updated after the scheduled process runs.

CMS

Organization & Department Sync

A limitation was observed where updates to a Parent Organization name were not reflected in the associated Department name when the change involved only case modifications. This has been addressed to ensure that all changes, including capitalization updates, are consistently reflected across related entities.

Invoice History

A validation issue was observed when emailing invoices with an invalid email format. The system displayed multiple conflicting toaster messages. This has been resolved to ensure that only a single, accurate validation message is shown, improving clarity for users

Service Profile

An inconsistency was identified in how the PO Number field was handled in Service Profiles. When initially saved without a PO Number, the value was set to "0", but upon editing, it was saved as "-". This has been standardized so that when no PO Number is provided, the system consistently displays "-" across both initial creation and subsequent edits.

Revenue Opportunity>> UI behavior

A UI behavior issue was identified when discarding a newly added Revenue Opportunity. The discard confirmation dialog appeared briefly and closed automatically without user action, preventing proper confirmation. This has been resolved to ensure that the confirmation dialog remains visible until the user explicitly chooses to proceed or cancel, improving control and usability.

Revenue Opportunity >> Calculation

An issue was identified where Weekly values were not being summed correctly, resulting in inaccurate totals and grand totals. This has been fixed to ensure all totals are calculated accurately based on the listed values.

DHM

An issue was identified where the favorite actions bar was obscured by workflow stages when a large number of candidates were present. This restricted users from updating candidate statuses efficiently. The layout has been improved to ensure that the favorite actions bar remains fully visible and accessible, regardless of the number of candidates.

JSM

An issue was observed in assignment rate updates where, after extending an assignment and updating the rate multiple times for future dates, the changes were not applied beyond the second update. This has been resolved to ensure that each rate update is properly applied and reflected, maintaining accurate assignment and billing information.

TMS

Workboard

An error was encountered when processing employees through the Workboard after assigning them via the Assignment Schedule. Upon clock-in and clock-out, an error message appeared after closing the transaction. This has been fixed to ensure that transactions close successfully without displaying any errors, enabling a smoother workflow.

DT Calculation in Workboard

An inconsistency was observed in Double Time (DT) calculations during time entry via the Workboard. The DT values calculated at the time of entry did not align with the final payroll batch processing results. This has been clarified and aligned so that during the final batch close process, the correct OT plan calculation is applied. DT units are recalculated accordingly, ensuring they are adjusted to zero where applicable and that all values balance accurately.

Batch Status Display issue for workboard batches in Timesheet

A discrepancy was observed where the Status column was visible in Timesheet but not reflected in the Workboard for the same records. This has been resolved to ensure consistent status visibility across both Timesheet and Workboard views.

Timesheet Transaction Template issue for Assignment schedule

An issue occurred where creating an assignment schedule without a service profile resulted in a weekly transaction instead of the expected daily transaction, causing complications during rate updates. This has been corrected to ensure that the appropriate daily transaction template is used for schedule jobs.

WebClock

An issue was identified where employees were able to attempt clock-in through WebClock even after payroll had been completed for the current AP period. Instead of receiving a meaningful validation message, the system displayed a generic error. This has been resolved to provide a clear and informative validation message, ensuring users understand that time entry is not permitted once payroll for the AP period is completed.

Assignment Schedule

Rate Change behavior

An issue was identified where updating the rate using the Rate Change option did not create a new transaction if one already existed. This behavior has been corrected to ensure proper transaction handling and prevent unintended duplication or inconsistencies.

IMS

Invoice Correction

An issue occurred during invoice correction where, after updating Discounts and Charges and processing Sales Tax, the system failed to generate an invoice number in the Invoice tab. This has been addressed to ensure that invoice numbers are properly generated after processing, maintaining the integrity of invoice records.

Invoice Correction Edit & Stability

A usability and stability issue were observed where the Edit icon was disabled during the initial correction attempt, and repeated actions could cause application errors or restarts. This has been addressed to ensure that the Edit functionality is available as expected and that the application remains stable during batch operations.

Invoice Correction RT/OT Calculation

An issue was identified where updating RT Bill Units unintentionally impacted OT units, even when no OT conditions were present. This has been resolved to ensure that RT updates do not affect OT values unless applicable.

Reports

Report Builder formatting issue

A formatting issue was observed where row height was disproportionately increased based on column character limits, affecting report readability. This has been improved by limiting visible characters and utilizing tooltips for extended content, ensuring a cleaner report layout already exists.

WIM

An issue was identified where incorrect messaging was displayed when attempting to move a Work Injury record while a specific property was disabled. This has been corrected to provide accurate and meaningful feedback to users.
