Overview
The Zenbassador Usage report gives a detailed view of your organization's Zenbassador referral program — showing who made referrals, the current status and progress of each referred person, key milestone dates (referral, hire, first assignment, first check), and the total gross profit generated by referred employees.
This report allows staffing agencies to monitor Zenbassador participation, track how quickly referrals convert to active workers, measure program ROI, and evaluate individual referral plans and rewards.

Navigate to Reports and search for Zenbassador Usage.
Report Parameters
Parameter | Description | Required |
Date Type | Determines which date is used for the Start Date and End Date filter. Options are: Entered Date (the date the referred person was entered in the system), Hire Date (the date the referred person was hired), or First Check Date (the date the referred person received their first paycheck) | Yes |
Start Date | The beginning of the date range to filter results by, based on the selected Date Type | Yes |
End Date | The end of the date range to filter results by, based on the selected Date Type | Yes |
Company | Filter results to one or more companies. Defaults to all companies the user has access to | No |

Reward | The reward amount tied to this referral based on the referral plan | The payout amount the Zenbassador earns upon meeting the plan conditions |
Target | The target value defined by the referral plan for this referral | The goal milestone (e.g., a number of hours worked or weeks employed) that triggers the reward |
Progress | The referred person's current progress toward the referral plan target | Tracks how far along the referred person is toward meeting the reward condition |
Referred Date | The date the referral was submitted into the system | Sourced from the referral's insert date |
Number Of Days To Convert | The number of days elapsed between the Referred Date and the First Assignment Start Date | Calculated as the difference in days between the referral date and the first assignment start date; indicates how quickly the referral converted to an active worker |
Hire Date | The date the referred person was officially hired | Sourced from the person's Hired Date record |
First Assignment Start Date | The date the referred person began their first work assignment | Sourced from the person's First Assignment Start Date record |
First Check Date | The date the referred person received their first paycheck | Sourced from the person's First Check Date record |
Total Gross Profit | The total gross profit generated by the referred person across all of their work assignments | Aggregated from transaction records linked to all assignments the referred person has worked |
