OVERVIEW

The Usage Info Report now includes a Zenbassador Hire Count column. This metric shows the number of Zenbassador-referred individuals who received their first paycheck within the selected date range, giving internal staff direct visibility into referral-program effectiveness without leaving the usage summary.

HOW TO USE

  • Navigate to Reports > Usage Info Report.

  • Set your desired Start Date and End Date for the report period. Run the report.

  • Locate the new Zenbassador Hire Count column in the output alongside existing metrics (User Count, Payment Count, etc.).

  • The value displayed is the number of unique individuals who were referred through the Zenbassador program and received their first paycheck within the selected date range.

NOTES

  • A "Hire" is counted when a Zenbassador-referred person has a recorded First Check Date that falls within the selected date range — meaning they have received at least one paycheck.

  • Each referred person is counted once only, even if they appear in multiple referral records.

  • If no qualifying Zenbassador hires exist for the selected period, the column displays 0 (not blank).

  • Persons referred via Zenbassador but who have not yet received a paycheck are not counted.

  • The Start Date and End Date boundaries are inclusive — a First Check Date falling exactly on either boundary date is included in the count.

Limitation: If an employee's very first paycheck was voided or reversed, the First Check Date on record is not removed — it reflects when the check was originally issued, not its current status. Such employees will still be included in the hire count. This is an existing system behavior and is not unique to this feature.
