Make "Name of Employer or Authorized Representative" Field Read-Only in I-9 Supplement B

We have implemented a change to the I-9 Supplement B by making the "Name of Employer or Authorized Representative" field read-only. This enhancement ensures that users cannot enter incorrect names of authorized representatives when making changes in Supplement B. By restricting input in this field, we promote the accuracy and integrity of the information provided, minimizing errors and enhancing compliance with I-9 requirements.

Added Welcome Email template for IL State

We have introduced a new functionality in the application that automatically sends a specific welcome email to all applicants signed up for an office with its primary address located in Illinois (IL). This email is tailored to comply with the Illinois Labor Law and follows the provided template. This feature ensures that new applicants receive the required legal information relevant to their location and facilitates seamless onboarding for offices based in IL.

Update State W-4 Form for Ohio  

We have updated the state W-4 form for Ohio to reflect the latest state requirements. This ensures that the forms assigned to users are current and compliant with Ohio state regulations. By keeping the W-4 forms up-to-date, users can submit accurate withholding information, avoiding potential errors and ensuring adherence to the latest tax laws.
