Features added to EIS

The following features have been added to the Employee Information System (EIS):

Added a new Email Template named "W-2 Information Verification Email " in EIS  

We have added a new email template titled "W-2 Information Verification Email" in the EIS application. This template is linked to the "Send Email" favorite action within the Employee Information System (EIS). The feature allows users to efficiently send important W-2 verification information to employees before the end of the year, streamlining communication and ensuring all employees receive the necessary details regarding W-2 verification.

 Added State New Hire Export for Kentucky (KY) and for Oklahoma (OK) in EIS Application

We have added a new export option for State New Hire Export for Kentucky (KY) and for Oklahoma (OK) in the EIS application. This feature enables users to export the state new hire report in the required format for Kentucky, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations. The report can be easily generated and exported, following the format outlined for Kentucky’s new hire reporting requirements.
