Features Added on NHO

The features added on NHO are:

New Hire Can Upload Void Check While Providing Bank Account Information

When new hires choose “I have a bank account” while completing their new hire tasks, they can upload a void check which helps the assigned office staff during verification. 

For new hires to use this feature, the hiring office should have the options property “DirectDepositVoidCheckUpload” as uploaded in ATM.

After the new hire completes and submits the bank details, the assigned office staff can then review the Direct Deposit form. The form can be seen under the “Paperwork” task workflow of the new hire. Also, the Review Direct Deposit form gets auto-assigned to the office staff as well. 

Once the assigned staff has completed the reviewing, an additional Document “Direct Deposit Supporting Document” gets reflected under the Document Navigation of the new hire.

The office staff can choose to view the uploaded void check by clicking on the eye view option.

Improvement in I9 Form

When the assigned staff fills out the review I-9 form of the new hire, the title field of the form should auto-populate based on the title of the reviewer within the organization.  

Also, the fields Employment Date and Today’s Date will get populated as per the logic. The Employment Date automatically pulls the date the reviewer opens the review I-9 form. However, reviewers can edit the “Employment Date” if they want to complete the review any other day. The Today Date field pulls the current date.

Major Improvements Made In New Hire Portal

The New Hire form has been renamed to the Personal Information form where users can now enter their DOB and add one more emergency contact.

Users will now be able to receive job notifications on their Cell once processed for receiving SMS job notifications.

Users can now receive W-2 statements and other related documents electronically once to their submitted email address once they consented to receive documents.

Improvement: New State Codes Added to New Hire State Export Report

New Codes for States Texas (TX), Florida (FL), and Illinois (IL) have been added to the State Code Dropdown during the batch creation process of the Export Report Function.
