Label 2: The entity name or the person to whom the task has been assigned.

Label 3: The entity id. (For unemployment and work injuries, the id is claim id.)

Label 4: The Application Workflow

Label 5: The workflow stage name

Label 6: The dots are red, orange, and green for tasks overdue, due, and completed. Also, completed tasks have a green tick to denote completion.

Also, selecting a task will show its details on the right side of the screen.

Users can now rearrange columns in the task directory and prioritize the way they want. Now, the default columns are Icon, Colour Option (the orange/red/green dots), Task, Task Status, Relates to, Completion Date, Due Date, Start Date, Note, Application, Stage, and Branch.

Emails Sent When Manually Assigned Tasks

When tasks get manually assigned to employees and/or office staff, they receive an email containing a new task that has been assigned to them with the topic and content of the email.

1. The email sample sent to office staff when a task has been assigned.

2. Email sent to employees or persons when they have been assigned a task.

Note:

  • When office staff assigns tasks to themselves, they will not receive the email.
  • When tasks are forwarded to another person, the forwarded person will receive the task email as well.
  • In case the task gets archived, the email will not be sent.

Task Sharing Feature and Task Completion Restriction

Office staff can choose to share tasks with other staff with the new task-sharing feature.

After sharing, the shared office staff’s name can be seen in the dropdown of the recipient office staff.

Task sharing means the recipient staff has the authority to complete/forward/archive the tasks of the staff who shared their tasks.
