The Features Added on NHO are:

New Hire Turnover by Recruiter Bar Chart Implemented

New Hire Turnover by Recruiter bar chart has been implemented in the dashboard of NHO. It displays the ‘NHO-EIS’ count on a recruiter level which refers to the count of employees that have been moved from NHO to EIS application.

Users can view the productivity bar chart based on various filters such as ‘This Week,’ ‘Last 7 Days,’ ‘Last Week,’ and so on.

Users can manage access to these tiles from the Tile navigation under Settings of the ATM application.

New Hire Timeline by Company Bar Chart Implemented

The new hire timeline by company bar chart has been implemented in the dashboard of NHO which represents the average number of days a company takes to move a New Hire to an Employee.

Users can view the timeline bar chart based on various filters such as ‘This Week,’ ‘Last 7 Days,’ ‘Last Week,’ and so on.

Custom Side Navigation Implemented

Custom side navigation has been implemented under the Hiring Info top navigation of NHO. It allows users to add and edit custom information for the new hire. The custom field is customizable and can be updated upon the user’s request. This navigation is similar to the Custom side navigation under Hiring Info top navigation in the EIS application.

Snapshot Navigation Added to NHO

Snapshot top navigation has been added which displays the summarized information of an employee. It displays information added through different navigations available in the Employee Detail.
