Display Archived Assignment

This feature allows users to view both active and archived assignments in a single view by enabling the "All" toggle, enhancing data accessibility and transparency across platforms and modules.

Functionality

"All" Toggle Functionality
- When the "All" toggle is ON, the assignment list will display both active and archived assignments for all assignment types.
- When the toggle is OFF, only active assignments are shown.
Access Points
- Applies to assignments in CMS/EIS/TJM modules, under the Assignment section.
- In the AMS Directory, archived assignments can be retrieved using their ID, regardless of toggle state.
Interaction Rules
- Archived assignmentsare presented in a read-only mode:
  - No actions (like View Details or Edit) can be performed.
