Compliance with Standard Paid Leave Laws and Sick Leave Plans state wise
The enhancement aims to streamline accrual management without manual tracking, with predefined sick leave plans set to inactive by default and editable by users.
The TMS Automated Compliance feature enables HR and payroll administrators to manage state-wise sick leave plans with automated accrual calculations and depletion limits, ensuring compliance with local regulations like New Jersey’s 40-hour annual usage limit. Predefined sick leave plans are now added in accrual setup, set to inactive by default and can be activated by users. Accruals are calculated based on the worksite address.
Note: If the system already has a custom plan activated for particular state and user now activates the standard accrual plan, then the feature might not work as intended. Make sure the custom plan is deactivated before activating the standard plan.
