Disability Field in EEO Section
This feature adds a "Disability" dropdown field to the EEO section under "Hiring Info" in the Employee profile of Zenople, enabling standardized collection and reporting of disability status for federal compliance and diversity tracking. The dropdown, included in the Add/Edit and View sections of the EEO form, offers options: "I do not wish to answer," "Without Disabilities" (no disability or history), and "With Disabilities" (has disability or history). The field auto-populates from the "Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability" onboarding task to ensure consistency and reduce duplicate entry. Implemented on web and potentially mobile platforms, it maintains existing functionality, with testing ensuring data accuracy and performance.
