This feature introduces improves the automated workflow within Zenople and moves a New Hire from the New Hire Onboarding (NHO) module to the Employee Information System (EIS) module once all onboarding tasks are completed. This includes the EVerify task, which is automatically completed based on the EVerify Portal response.
Functionality
1. Previous Behavior
- In the past, a NHO record did not automatically transition to EIS upon completion of the E-verify task, if that E-Verify task was in a Saved status, indicating it was Awaiting Further Action, TNC or further response from the E-Verify portal.
2. Feature Addition
- Automation is applied within the NHO module to identify E-Verify portal response updates, now marking the E-Verify task Completed.
- Records are now transitioned from NHO to EIS when the E-Verify task is marked Completed
- No new UI components are introduced; the enhancement modifies system behavior behind existing task completion logic.
3. Behavior
- When the EVerify taskis autocompleted via portal response, and all onboarding tasks for a New Hire are completed, the system will:
- Automatically transition the New Hire record from NHO to EIS.
Note: If a New Hire has any pending tasks in the E-Verify stage, the stage will not change even after authorization is completed.
