About Agent Portal

Agent portal is used by a user who is set up as an authorized representative.

While filling up the I-9 form by a new hire through new hire portal, an individual will be assigned as the authorized representative. Moreover, the name and email id of the authorized representative needs to be entered who will be assigned the task of reviewing the I-9 form filled by the new hire from the agent portal.

The new hire under the selected office will view the fields to add authorized representative details in the I-9 form and will submit it while the authorized representative will review it from the Agent Portal.
