This setup is done from the ATM application. Here are the steps to complete this setup.

1. Go to ATM application.

2. Click on Option main navigation and select the 'Document Verification' Option Property under 'Office' Entity and edit.

3. Select 'Authorized Representative' or 'Employer or Authorized Representative' from the dropdown and checkmark the offices that need the setup and save it.

After the above steps, the new hire under the specific office setup will be able to assign an authorized representative on the I-9 form and submit it.

After finishing all the steps of the Task, the new hire will submit the task and the authorized representative will receive the request of reviewing the I-9 form.
