Last Visited Date Column in Global and AI Search Results
Overview
This feature introduces a new column, “Last Visited Date”, in the search results displayed across multiple search functionalities in Zenople. The column will appear alongside existing fields such as Entered Date, providing users with visibility into the most recent lookup. This enhancement improves tracking and engagement management by allowing users to quickly identify when a candidate was last accessed.
Functionality
- Where it appears:
The Last Visited Date column will be added to the results in:- Candidate Search (TJM, JSM)
- AI basaed NLP Search
- AI Search
- Global Search
- New UI Elements:
- A new column labeled Last Visited Date will appear in the search results grid, similar to the existing Entered Date column.
Behavior
- When users perform a search using any of the above functionalities:
- The Last Visited Date column will display the most recent date the candidate record was accessed by any of the office staff.
- Sorting and filtering options will be available for this column, enabling users to prioritize candidates based on recent activity.
